This rustic version of Fruits of the Forest pie is sweetened with the natural goodness of Truvia™ natural sweetener and has 60% less sugar and contains 25% fewer calories* than a full sugar gallette.

3 cups apples, peeled
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 Cup Truvia™ natural sweetener spoonable*
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 pie crust
2 Tbsp butter
* or 18 packets Truvia™ natural sweetener
1. Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Peel and thinly slice apples; place in bowl, top with lemon zest and juice; set aside.
3. In large mixing bowl, place strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, salt, cinnamon, cornstarch and Truvia™; blend together; set aside.
4. Place pie crust dough on lightly floured surface; roll out; transfer to parchment-lined sheet pan.
5. Gently combine apple and berry mixtures.
6. Place fruit mixture into center of pie crust; leaving 1 ½” border around edge of crust; place butter pats on fruit filling.
7. Flip up crust edge towards middle, pleating as you fold up.
8. Bake in 425° F oven for 50-55 minutes; rotate 180° half way through baking.
9. Cool on wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
