| Pastry for double-crust 9-inch pie | 3 Tbsp lemon juice |
| 6 Tbsp cornstarch | 1 Tbsp butter |
| ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon | |
| 6 cups fresh blueberries or 2 (16oz) packages frozen | |
| 1/3 Cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp Truvia™ natural sweetener spoonable* * or 24 packets Truvia™ natural sweetener |

1. Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 400°F
2. Roll half of the pastry on floured surface 1 inch larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan. Ease
pastry into pan.
3. Toss blueberries with lemon juice in large bowl. Add cinnamon, cornstarch and Truvia™
to bowl. Toss until coated.
4. Pour blueberry mixture into crust.
5. Roll remaining pastry into circle large enough to cover inverted 9-inch pie pan. Place over blueberries, seal edges, trim and flute. Cover edge with 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. Cut slits in top to allow steam to escape.
6. Bake at 400°F for 55 to 60 minutes until crust is browned. Cool on wire rack.
