Truvia^® natural sweetener was pleased to host a Culinary Demo at the 2010 American Dietetic Association Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo in Boston. Attendees came to learn more about the origin of stevia-based sweeteners and how Truvia^® natural sweetener differs from other sugar alternative brands. They also had the opportunity to taste-test some delicious foods & beverages made with Truvia^® natural sweetener. Celebrity Chef Marisa Churchill led the Culinary Demo and taught attendees how to utilize simple, at-home recipes to recreate the healthy, low-fat and low-calorie desserts and cocktails that were featured.

Sharing the Sweet Truth about Stevia

The Truvia^® natural sweetener brand was proud to sponsor and exhibit at the Fall Association of Family Practice Physician Assistants (AFPPA) conference in Monterey, California, November 9-12. The AFPPA is the only national organization exclusively representing America’s primary care PAs. Attendees earned CME credits and visited vendor booths, including the Truvia^® natural sweetener booth, to gain valuable information to pass along to patients.  As part of the Truvia^® natural sweetener sponsorship, we were able to interact with all attendees at the registration desk and supply them with Truvia^® natural sweetener sachets and coupons, along with samples of a delicious product naturally sweetened with Truvia^® natural sweetener - Hansen’s Naturals Drink Stix.
